About Me
My name is Joanna. I used to work for the State Service Commission providing advice to other government agencies about how they could best use new technologies to allow public/government interaction but now I would like to work for you. I specialise in writing for the web, and also what others might call “Web 2.0″ but what I like to call “Still communication, just through new channels” (You can find out more about that concept by viewing this presentation that I did for GOVIS in 2009). Having been online practically every day since 1996, I consider myself to be an Internet native. I have a Bachelor of Communication Studies with a major in Multimedia, a Graduate Diploma in Public Relations Communication and I really get the web. You can read my CV in more depth here.
I aim to make the web a much more user-friendly environment by helping one business at a time fine-tune their web presence. Find out more about how I can work with you to help you achieve your business goals through the web.
